Household disposer installations at the lower 10% VAT rate

Law Nr. 235/2004 Coll. (VAT law) §48a, allows the disposer installation and all related procedures for construction of welfare (social) housing to qualify for the 10% lowered VAT rate. For households, that means an apartment with a total floor space of less than 120 m² and a family house with a living area less than 350 m².

Installation by our firm includes

Mechanical attachment to the sink, installation of the switch according to your choice, electrical installation, cleaning of existing pipes, water installation including optimal connection and drainpipe adjustment, overflow hose, eventually connection of the washer or dishwasher through the disposer, tightness pressure test, operation demonstration and advice.
