Disposer installation for welfare housing at the lower 14% VAT rate

Law Nr. 235/2004 Coll. (VAT law), §48a, allows disposer installation at the lower 14% VAT (DPH) rate for welfare housing. The definition of welafare housing can be found in supplement Nr.2. Otherwise a standard 20% VAT rate is charged.

Installation by our firm includes:

mechanical attachment to the sink, installation of the switch according to your choice, electrical installation, cleaning of existing pipes, water installation including optimal connection and drainpipe adjustment, overflow hose, eventually connection of the washer or dishwasher through the disposer, tightness pressure test, operation demonstration and advice.
