The disposer is mounted by the flange to the sink, to which a patented clamping system Plumb Easy attaches the disposer body.
The actual working space of the disposer is formed by a rotating turntable, equipped with two swiveling blades, which help to push the ground waste to the wall of the round ring. By the centrifugal rotational force and the pressure of the blades is the waste crushed by the perforated wall of the ring and together with the water flushed to the drain.
Disposer construction is with regard to its safety thought out to the last detail and that’s why it does not contain any sharp blades or knives. That means it belongs to the safest kitchen appliances that you can own.
The rotating turntable is driven by high revolution motor, whose stator is a permanent magnet. That enables it to reach high revolutions and high output with minimal weight dimensions. These motors are shielded and at the same time don’t spark and do not interfere with television or radio.
All disposers parts, which come to contact with water are made from anticorrosion materials such as nylon, polyester filled with glass and quality stainless steel.
The disposer flange is fitted with removable guard which prevents a splash of water back to the sink during work with the disposer turned on. The disposer accessory includes a stopper, which enables to fill the sink with water.
At the lower part of the disposer is a reset button of the overload fuse – thermal and short protection, which will cut the supply of electrical current in case of a short and prevent burning of the motor, if the working space is blocked by a foreign object or overload.
Disposer is equipped with a separate drain inlet, which could be used in case of need for connection of a washer or dishwasher hose. It is also possible to use the inlet in the drain elbow, for example for the sink overflow.
